How important are supersets?

I've just started doing fat loss II, and run into a problem- i can only use my gym at the busy times, which can make doing supersets difficult- invariably, by the time i've moved from one station to another & back again, someone else is using the equipment, meaning i've got to wait a while for them to finish & then set up for me again, so i can spend 2 or 3 minutes more than the normal rest time between each set.

is it worthwhile doing the supersets under these conditions, or am i better off doing each excercise's 3 sets at once then moving on?

Nope

The whole point of doing supersets is to minimize the downtime between exercises. If you can’t minimize the downtime, do something else.
