patlombwmu heres a suggestion

sorry if this irritates regular viewers but im just trying to answer

patlombwmu's

question to whether aqua jogging would help him with his recent diagnosis ...

pat ... i was in the marines and just got medically seperated in jan and i fully tore both my meniscus and had th emajority extracted my acl is still partially torn in hopes of staying together and have sever arthritis ... i did physical therapy and had severe complications doing land exercises ie the chuck norris machine ... but the pool did wonderrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs for me ! they still faield me in my physical therapy due to lack of being able to handle land exercises without pain levels rising drastically but i could really push myself in the pool to the point i knew i wouldnt hurt myself like i would of doing squats and exercises of that nature ... so aquatic therapy IMO is amazing for a bad knee , i actually have a.d.d. i think and forgot your exact issue as im in type mode but im going to assume its lower body lol ... its worth a shot ... most gyms have pools anyway and you can pay a couple bucks for a public pool visit seeing as how its summer time soon just incase you dont want to shell out a membership fee ... i really felt if they would of kept me in the pool longer i would of done a lot better but my condition was pretty severe and being a marine i know my pain factors ...
