One rule/weird tip for flat bellies?
Okay, all of us have seen these sidebar ads all over the place lately (there's one on MPF right now). I have no intention of clicking on the ad, but curiosity is starting to get to me. Instead of being reasonably certain that they're selling something useless, I want to KNOW it. :)
[Apparently I needed 13 more words to post here. So there. And there.]
Does anyone know what's behind the curtain?

MPF Ads
Hey Stunt, et al: here is as good a place as any to say that I don’t endorse or support the ads on this site. MPF, as you know, is part of SB Nation, and they sell ad space to…pretty much everyone who hits them up for it. It’s just the way it works, sadly.
SB Nation is a great platform and they work REALLY hard to keep it that way; sometimes they have to make compromises about who they sell ad space to. Personally I tried to put a stop to the truly egregious violators—I don’t like being associated with crappy products or sham weight-loss products, but after awhile it was too exhausting; the ads also rotated and were hard to root out, and it was hard to watchdog constantly.
Perhaps I should just start doing exposes of all the lousy products and post them loud and proud on the site.
Anyway, my apologies, do your best to ignore them, and understand that it’s a relatively small price to pay for the free information.

Yeah, I’m in the category of people who don’t mind the ads as long as they support content I might otherwise have to pay for (with money, not annoyance).
There is a line, of course. Pop ups, and those newfangled popups that don’t really open a new window so pop-up blockers can’t stop them, are across the line. :)
